SERVICES

YourCAD provides a range of design and CAD solutions tailored to support creativity and precision in various projects. We commit to delivering services with professionalism, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Specific project details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in separate agreements.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback required for project success. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for any materials provided to YourCAD and acknowledge that delays may impact timelines and deliverables.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual property rights for final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. Clients warrant that materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

PAYMENT TERMS

Clients agree to pay fees as specified in individual agreements. YourCAD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment or late payment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

YourCAD and clients agree to keep proprietary information confidential and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YourCAD is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from service use or inability to use services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement with notice if a material breach occurs and is not remedied in a reasonable time. Upon termination, clients must pay for services up to the termination date.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
